My husband and I had done our research and met with several pool companies, but after meeting with Elliot, we knew we had to go with YR Pools. We were impressed by his vast knowledge, ideas and his easy-going personality. My husband must have asked a million questions, along the way and Elliot always answered his calls and was very patient guiding us every step of the way. He helped us choose the best pool size, given our limited space and designed a beautiful landscape surrounding it. His crew were very professional, polite and very hard working. It can be very daunting getting into a project of this nature, but with Elliot he really made the process so smooth and we felt confident the entire time. We love our backyard paradise and everyone who sees it, feels the same. I have recommended Elliot to several neighbors and friends. Inground Dolphin Fiberglass Pool And Landscaping

We signed on with Elliot in the Winter of 2016 for a Spring install of an inground fiberglass pool. We had done our research thoroughly and knew what we wanted which was a Canadian made pool. Elliot worked harder at gaining our trust and putting our minds at ease than any professional we'd ever worked with. Come Spring (which was a challenging weather Spring if you all remember the snow in April) Elliot and his crews came through with flying colours. We were swimming this past May 24th weekend with our family in the searing 27 degree weather which he had promised ! I must say it's very rare to engage the services of a contractor and have your opinion of them get better and better over the course of the job - but in terms of this company, that has been our experience. His crews are wonderful and pleasant as much as they are super hard working and competent. They are scrupulously clean and respect your property. Their work days don't end until your job is done, which was amazing and again, rare. The aftercare is superb as well - Elliot is but a text away and never ever doesn't return the text or call, day or night, weekday or weekend. I think there must be clones of him for the amount of work he manages and keeps up with ! In closing I would say that my husband and I are probably the toughest but fairest people to work for and this company which is really Elliot and his crews, are top rated for us and we have already recommended them to two colleagues for work this year. Truly a pleasure to work with !

Hot Tub Rental

I rented a hot tub for my partner's 70th birthday. It was fantastic! We live right downtown, and their service couldn't have been better. I sent an email on Tues and it was installed on Thursday. We had a bit of a problem with the water retention at first. I called and they came almost immediately, with a spare in case we needed it. We didn't and it was fixed and we had a wonderful time. We'll rent it again, maybe for my nephew's 30th in the winter. I highly recommend them.

Inground Pool And Landscaping Project

Since the initial contact to discuss our options for a backyard swimming pool and get estimates, Elliot was very professional and provided great support and advice. He interpreted very well what we had in mind and enhanced our vision with amazing ideas based on his vast expertise and experience.
Throughout the execution of the project, he stayed closely connected with his team and us to ensure everything was on track. He was always available to discuss any details or clarification required, as well as progress updates in general.

Inground Fiberglass Pool, Maple

We decided last winter to install a fiberglass pool . We looked into many different companies and had many quotes. We met with Elliot and we were very impressed with his knowledge of pools and landscape . We signed with York Region Hot Tub and Leisure for a dolphin fiberglass pool in blue and it has been awesome . We delayed hooking up the heater because we like the water cold . The only regret we have is that we didn't use Elliot for our interlock we went with another company , regretfully and had issues , we have referred Elliot's company to other people for the interlock and they have raved on about their workmanship . I give YR Pools a 10 all day long .

We would definetly recommend YR Pools. Elliot was very professional and transformed our yard into a beautiful oasis. We could depend on Elliot to resolve any issues that arose quickly and he aimed to make us happy.
Wayne was the site foreman and he was awesome, hardest working guy ever.
They first installed our hot tub and then a few months later they did our inground pool and landscaping , our family and friends were amazed at the transformation in just a few short months.

We found him to be honest, approachable and easy to talk to. As we knew virtually nothing about pools, we wanted to go with a contractor that was patient and would answer all our questions. After meeting with 5 other companies, we found Elliot was best to service our needs. He walked us through the process, made suggestions and recommendations without being pushy or pressuring us. HIs crew was quick, efficient and neat. Throughout the construction, he was readily available and easy to talk to. He consistently would check in with us to ensure our needs were met. After spending many weeks of going to different stores and pricing out various hot tubs my wife and I were getting tired (no sites have prices and many stores had hidden costs). A friend recommended we go to York Region hot tub and leisure and speak to Elliot. We are glad we did. YR Pools gave us the best price of the stores we visited with no hidden costs. Elliot is extremely knowledgable on the pros and cons of various hot tub makers. Elliot is prompt in communications and went out of his way to make himself available for discussions. If you are looking for a hot tub or pool, York Region hot tub and leisure is a must visit.

In-ground pool, stone coping, concrete patio

We decided later in the season to finally get a pool after years of debating what kind to get. Elliot gave great suggestions, and we ended up getting a 16x32 rectangular steel frame pool with a 7' deep end to maximize the space. The permits took twice as long but once approved it took just 3 weeks from start to finish, despite some heavy rain. The pool was dug on a Friday, the framing went up the next week. It was backfilled, stone coping added, concrete patio poured, liner added and water trucked in. We went with the sandstone liner to give it that Caribbean feel and we love how it turned out. The crew was friendly and conscious of quality workmanship. Elliot is a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him and his company. Since we only completed it the end of September, we can't wait to actually use it this summer!

After getting poor references on other installers, we gave Elliot a call. We met, and he gave us valuable feedback on our design, and quoted quickly. The install was done professionally with a very experienced crew. Even when we changed the design during construction it was not a problem; "whatever makes us happy!" The pool and Eramosa square cut flag looks amazing and we can't wait for spring to enjoy the backyard, (install was completed in November as we started late in the year.)

HOTTUB was enlisted to install a pool in our back yard. The process was explained very well and a budget was established. With the exception of extras (which were at our request) the project came in on budget which was very important to us. The contractor was of special help in referring competent electrical and gas contractors putting pressure on them to bring the cost in line. The pool is great and the workmanship is excellent. All in all we are very pleased.
